Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialkickd@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.
